MOSCOW, Mar 17 (PRIME) -- China plans to build closer energy relations with Russia, Ambassador Zhang Hanhui told PRIME in an interview released on Friday.
"China plans to build closer energy partner relations with Russia, strengthen the international energy security and stability of production and supply chains together, make a positive contribution to support of the global energy security," the official said.
